About
A New York practice,
now in Yerevan
Baseline Psychotherapy was founded in New York in 2019, is active in Singapore, and is now expanding globally, with Yerevan as its first new city. The reason is simple: Armenia's international community is growing faster than the English-language mental health support available to it. I have relocated six times across three continents myself, so the work this community needs is work I have lived.
I am J.R. Hernandez, psychotherapist, specialized in burnout and mood disorders: trained in Medical Neuroscience at Duke University School of Medicine, with the American Psychological Association's specialization in anxiety and mood disorders and a master's degree in emotional intelligence. My practice holds a 5.0 rating across 22 Google reviews, with clients in more than 20 countries.
